• Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
• We offer refunds in case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, Mana Saint Tropez agrees to offer a credit or refund the customer within 15 days.
We prepare and ship your purchase within 24-48 hours during the business days. For customized items period could take longer depending on the personalization. The customer will be notified by e-mail as soon as the shipment of his parcel is done and will receive the order tracking number to be informed of the proper delivery of his parcel.
• We deliver the products in all France, including Corsica, Switzerland, the countries of the European Union and abroad.
• Modes of delivery work via La Poste or DHL express, delivery charges for each order will depend of each invoice, size and weight of your order. They each vary depending on the destination. In this case, the costs will be your responsibility and will be displayed in the summary of your order at the checkout point.
• Customs charges for orders inside and outside the European Union: All prices are in Euros and include the VAT (20 %) at the payment of your order.
