If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us. Please note all customised products at the customer's request are not returned nor exchanged. Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
Shipping
We ship orders within 24–48 business hours (customized items may take longer). You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order has been shipped. We deliver to France, Corsica, Switzerland, the EU and internationally through La Poste or DHL. Delivery fees depend on destination and will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, please note that custom duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the country of delivery.
